How long in advance should I make a car rental reservation?
As soon as you know the date that you would like to rent, we recommend
that you place a deposit to hold your exotic or luxury car rental
reservation. Please check our policies for cancellations.
What can I expect after I make a reservation over the phone?
After we receive your information over the phone & fax, we'll place a
half day rental down-payment on your credit card, which guarantees
your rental day. We'll then email you a reservation confirmation with
all of the specifications of the transaction. Finally, 1-3 days prior
to the rental, we will charge the remaining balance to your credit
card and place the damage deposit on it as well.
Can I rent at the last minute?
Yes. However, we prefer you set up the rental at least three days in
advance so that we may verify your insurance and make sure your
vehicle is available, clean and ready.
If I call on the weekend, will I be able to rent a vehicle from you on
that day?
Yes, absolutely.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we would be out of business if we didn't!
If I don't qualify to rent a vehicle because of my age, can someone
who is older than me rent the vehicle for me?
Nope, sorry. You must be 21 years or older and in some cases we
require you to be 25 or older depending on the type of exotic car for
rent.
Can I pay for the damage deposit in cash?
Yes you may.
Do you accept debit cards?
Yes we do.
I do not have adequate insurance coverage, can I still qualify?
It depends. Usually you must have full coverage to rent from us and
meet our minimum requirement of 100/300/100. Call us to verify your
individual case.
I've had insurance through my insurance company for just a month, do I
qualify?
Yes you do.
I have 100/300/100 insurance but have a lot of tickets/accidents, do I
still qualify?
It depends. Call us to find out.
What kind of condition are your vehicles in?
All of our vehicles are new models. We take pride in over-maintaining
our vehicles so you get the highest quality luxury car rental possible.
How many exotic and luxury cars do you have available for rent?

How many locations do you have?
Our two main locations are in Miami, Florida and Hollywood, Florida
U.S.A. We have affiliates locations around the country, so please call
us so we can help you locate which office is closest to you.
Do you rent your exotic vehicles outside of Florida? Will you ship the
car to me in a different state?
Yes. We service the entire U.S., but do require a 1-week minimum
rental when shipping vehicles out-of-state. Delivery charges and flat
rates depending on how far away you are from our location.
Do you offer gift certificates in any denomination?
Absolutely! PRESTIGE LUXURY AUTO RENTALS has gift certificates to fit
ANY budget you choose.
Can I be put on your mailing list? Do you sell this list to anyone?
We value your privacy! Just email us to be placed on our mailing list.
You can expect a monthly newsletter which will have all-new updates,
specials as well as promotions. We do not sell, rent or share your
personal information or email address with anyone.
Do you rent to clients who do not live in the United States?

How much do you charge to deliver/pick-up a vehicle to/from miami
airports?
Pick-up and drop-off is complimentary for most of our vehicles, there
is a small fee in some instances. Call or email us to find out more.
